From The Ground Up Coaching
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing services from From The Ground Up Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
From The Ground Up Coaching provides sales coaching services intended for professional development, performance improvement, and business growth.
We offer:
- A recurring monthly subscription plan
- A one-time monthly coaching plan
Each plan includes access to up to four (4) coaching sessions per calendar month.
3. Membership & Payment Terms
Subscription Plan ($39/month)
- Billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe
- Continues until canceled by the client
- Provides discounted pricing for ongoing participation
One-Time Monthly Plan ($49/month)
- Charged as a one-time payment
- Does not automatically renew
- Must be repurchased each month for continued access
4. Session Usage & Limitations
- Each plan includes up to four (4) sessions per month
- Unused sessions do not roll over
- Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Additional bookings beyond the monthly limit may be declined, canceled, or rescheduled at our discretion
5. Scheduling & Booking
- All sessions must be scheduled through our designated booking system, including Timetics
- Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions
- We recommend scheduling sessions consistently (e.g., weekly) for optimal results
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions within the timeframe specified in the booking system
- Missed sessions or no-shows may count toward the monthly session limit
- From The Ground Up Coaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary
7. Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for unused sessions
- Subscription payments already processed will not be prorated
8. Subscription Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their payment provider
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period
- Clients retain access to sessions until the end of the billing cycle
9. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Participate actively and professionally
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the services in a lawful and respectful manner
10. No Guarantees & Disclaimer
From The Ground Up Coaching does not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or business success. Coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, From The Ground Up Coaching shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities
- Decisions made based on coaching advice
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless From The Ground Up Coaching from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time for inappropriate conduct, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
